No account
No sign-up, no email, no cloud password.

The app keeps your diary on the phone, not in anyone’s database.

Encryption
We cannot read your diary, because it never reaches us
Entries and attachments are encrypted on disk. The keys live in the device’s system key store and never leave it.

You choose a PIN
The app does not store your PIN and cannot recover it.

It never leaves the device, and without your PIN it does not open the diary.

The whole database is encrypted
Entries and attachments are stored on disk only in encrypted form.
No streaks, no badges, no score of how often you write.
A writing reminder comes only if you turn it on — and it does not count the days you missed.
Good to know
You make the copies — and only you
There is no server holding a copy. So the diary gives you the tools, and says plainly what cannot be recovered without them.
A file with the whole diary and earlier versions of entries, encrypted with a 25-character recovery code. The code is shown once.
Daily, every three days, weekly or monthly — to a folder you choose. Keep one, three or five latest.
If the phone is lost and there is no backup, the diary cannot be restored. The PIN and the recovery code cannot be reset — not by you, not by us.
